1. Acceptance of Terms By using Pokerbase, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.

2. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content Pokerbase has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of objectionable content or abusive behavior. Users are prohibited from sharing, posting, or transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory.

3. User Conduct All users must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Do not engage in any form of abusive, harassing, or offensive behavior.
• Refrain from sharing content that is objectionable, inappropriate, or violates the rights of others.

4. Violation of Terms Any violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice. Pokerbase reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against users who violate these terms.

6. Amendments Pokerbase reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the app after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
